Welcome to Bridge Vet!

Welcome to Bridge Veterinary Hospital – where compassionate care and wagging tails go hand and paw! We’re so excited to meet you and your furry (or feathered, or scaly) family! Our team is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with both our clients and their pets. We believe great veterinary care goes beyond medicine – it's about trust, communication and understanding your pets individual needs.

From the moment you walk in our doors, our goal is to make you and your pet feel comfortable, supported and cared for. Whether you’re visiting us for routine care or something more complex, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Your pets' health and happiness mean everything to us, and we’re honored to be a part of their care.

What will your first appointment look like?

We strive to make your first visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

When you arrive in our parking lot, please give us a call to check in. When we’re ready for you, you’ll be invited into our lobby where one of our friendly receptionists will greet you and guide you to your exam room.

A veterinary technician will then come in to get a thorough history, including your pets weight, diet, previous medical history, and any medications your pet may be taking. They will discuss any concerns you have, and make sure all of your questions are noted. The technician will then share this information with the veterinarian before beginning the exam.

After the exam, the veterinarian will go over their findings with you and work together with you to create a personalized plan of care. They will go over any of your concerns at this time. After a plan is made, any medications being sent home will be brought into your exam room and gone over with you. We believe you are the most important advocate for your pet, and our team wants you to be an active, confident part of every decision in their care.

How to prepare for your first visit

Schedule in Advance

Booking ahead of time ensures we can dedicate the time and attention your pet deserves. To book an appointment, call our main number 732-475-6022 or book online here.

Provide Your Pets Records

If your pet has been seen elsewhere, please send us their medical records ahead of time so we can have a complete history. Send all previous records here: [email protected]

Please include your first and last name, your pets name and your phone number.

Prepare your pet

Bring your pet in on a leash or in a carrier for their safety. Feel free to bring treats, toys or comfort items. If possible, bring a fecal sample for routine screening.

Arrive 5-10 minutes early.

This allows time to complete any necessary paperwork before your appointment begins.

Stay calm and positive

Your pet takes cues from you – so keep things light, upbeat and full of good vibes. We’ll take care of the rest.

We can't wait to meet you!
